Born and raised in Lanett, Al,
Taressa is married to Rev. Ralph L. Thompson, Jr and is the mommy to 4 plus 3 beautiful blessings. Taressa graduated from Lagrange College with a degree in Business Adminstration. While on the "Hill" (Lagrange Collge) Taressa won a plethora of honors and awards. Throughout her Corporate & Educational career, she has hosted in television, Live Streaming, event MC, as well as motivational speaking.
12 years ago, Taressa successfully launched a Women's Empowerment Ministry called B.A.A.D.D.

Although Taressa enjoys success now, the path along her journey was less than ideal. Growing up abused at the hands of someone she loved in her teen years, Taressa did not always see beyond her circumstance and passionately moved forward to succeed. Conquering those trials from her youth made her resilient and enabled Taressa to Live and Not Die.

Blessed with an amazing testimony of triumph in the face of domestic violence at a very young age and abuse at the hands of a man, Taressa's TESTimony has empowered and inspired others. Her story allowed her to her to launch a Women's Empowerment Ministry called B.A.A.D.D. With the support of her Amazing Husband Pastor Ralph L. Thompson Jr and Sisters +  mentors, (Felicia L Hamilton + Erica Brooks), Taressa Launched BAADD in late 2013!
